With 14 years of experience as a professional counselor and as a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, I help people feel more confident, comfortable, and consistent in the gym.

After developing knee pain from years of running, I turned to strength training and experienced firsthand how confusing and intimidating gyms can feel. I focus on simple, judgment-free training that meets you where you are and helps you feel safe, capable, and supported.

I work remotely full time during the week. In my free time, I enjoy the gym, trail running, fishing, camping, hiking, hunting with my boys, and watching football during long Lewistown winters.
